Yes, creases may occur during packaging but will flatten over time. Lay the mat flat and apply slight weight to speed up the process.

How do I clean my play mat?
Use a damp cloth with mild soap to spot-clean the mat. Avoid harsh chemicals or submerging it in water. For foam spotting, dilute water with white vinegar and apply it to the spots.
